Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping on eligible orders during promotional periods or when the minimum purchase amount is met.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Leather Outfitters is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
